This describes the terms and conditions on which Safina Recruiting Agency allows you to access and use our web site. By using the Web Site, you (User) accept and agree to be bound the terms and Conditions. Please read this page carefully. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions stated here, do not use the Web Site and service. The terms you and User as used herein refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing the Web Site for any reason.
1. Any child going to Kingdome of Saudi Arabia below 15 years and above 12 Years must have to present the valid Vaccination card along with visa application.
2. Minimum age limit for employment visa should not be less then 21 years.
3. Maximum age limit for employment visa is 60 years excluding the category of highly skilled professional's i.e. Doctor, University Professor's consultants engineer's etc.
4. The age limit for private driver must not be less then 25 years.
5. For housemaid age should not b less then 22 years.
6. The age of governess should not be less then 22 years (Muslim).
7. Age of the lady tailor working to house should not be less then 22 years.
8. Age limit for the female nurse should not be less then 23 years.
9. Age limit for the female tailor working in commercial institution should not be less then 30 years.
10. Age of employee for textile shop and boutiques should not be less then 40 years.
11. Any person involved in Smuggling of Drugs will be hanged to death according to strict Laws of Kingdome of Saudi Arabia.
12. In case of any flaw found in documents submitted for attestation, The Royal Embassy is authorized not to return the fake/bogus certificates.
13. Royal Consulate of Saudi Arabia will only accept Machine Readable Passports for visa with immediate effect from 01-08-2006.
14. Name spelling in Visa slip must be according to Passport name.
15. Photocopies of all documents should be neat, clear & visible.
16. E-ticket should be stamped from the concerned air line.
17. Copy of Marriage certificate & B-Form needs attestation from Foreign office.
18. Two years Contract Period (Renewable)
19. Free Food, Accommodation, Transportation, and Basic Medical to be Provide by Employer
20. Working Hours will be 08 hrs Per Day.
21. Working Days a Week 06 Days.
22. 15 Days Vacation per year.
23. Air Passage (Both way) to be provide by Employer after every two years.
24. All Other Terms & Conditions follow as per Saudi Labor Laws.
